Been writing about Minis since the 1990s, drove a nasty 1000 called Old Scabby in the UK, now rehabilitated as Lady Scabs. Moved to Canada to drive on the wrong side of the road. Currently assembling a barn-find unbuilt 1974 Mini Marcos and fettling the new RSP Cooper. Recently finished a Mini restoration book through Veloce (www.miniresto. com) so I’m coming back out to play.
