Keep­ing fit through­out preg­nancy will help pre­pare you for labour and post-baby re­cov­ery. Mod­er­ate ex­er­cise for 30-60 min­utes, five times a week, is rec­om­mended but first check with your care­giver. Walk­ing and swim­ming are both great op­tions, how­ever, don’t push your­self too far – you’ll have plenty of op­por­tu­nity for push­ing on the big day!
