See your doc­tor if your child: de­vel­ops a fever of over 40°C that per­sists, de­spite reg­u­lar ad­min­is­tra­tion of parac­eta­mol de­vel­ops un­usual symp­toms, such as a rash, or be­comes un­usu­ally tired or list­less does not seem to be re­cov­er­ing or ap­pears to be get­ting worse rather than bet­ter seems to have a sore neck or light sen­si­tiv­ity.
