But it’s thought that only 50 to 60 per cent of chil­dren are eat­ing the rec­om­mended two to three serves of oily fish per week, so a reg­u­lar Fri­day night fil­let will up the health­i­ness of your lit­tle one’s diet. Tod­dlers gen­er­ally love the milder taste of salmon, and it’s easy to cook which is a bonus for you. Driz­zle the fil­let in olive oil, wrap in foil and bake at 180ºC for 20 min­utes.
