TO SERVE: toasted granola, fresh berries, edible flowers Put the dates in a small heatproof bowl and cover with warm water. Leave to soak for 10 minutes. Drain, discarding the water, and transfer the dates to a food processor with the banana, avocado and cacao powder. Whizz until smooth. Serve the mousse into bowls and top with the granola, berries and flowers.
