HAVE breakfast in bed

Mother & Baby (Australia) - - The Buzz -

Eating a few bites of food before you get up in the morning will settle your stomach. Bananas are easy to digest and they deliver essential nutrients, including vitamin B6, which is thought to help counter nausea. Keep one on your bedside table and 10 minutes after eating it, sit up slowly and ease yourself into a standing position to avoid stomach acid sloshing around.
