Cradle cap

Mother & Baby (Australia) - - Baby Skincare -

Otherwise known as seborrhoeic dermatitis, cradle cap looks like greasy, yellow scales on the scalp that eventually become dry and flaky. It’s not serious and will go away without treatment. To help remove scales, rub olive oil into the scalp, leave overnight, then use a gentle shampoo to wash it out. Also try one of the creams, specially for cradle cap, available at pharmacies.

1 Mustela Foam Shampoo for Newborns, 150ml, $19.95. 2 Uriage DS Émulsion cream, 40ml, $20.99. 3 Baby U Goat Milk Shampoo, 250ml, $8.99. 4 Billie Baby 2-in-1 Shampoo & Conditioner, 240ml, $13.95
