Some ba­bies start sleep­ing through the night from three months old, while oth­ers con­tinue wak­ing at night un­til they’re much older. By six months, most ba­bies should be able to sleep for longer stretches at night, wak­ing only once or twice, but if that’s not your bub, try some of these strate­gies to help her (and you!) get some shut-eye.
