I’m al­ways con­scious to eat well and have al­ways loved healthy, nu­tri­tious food, so what I’m nat­u­rally drawn to works well for a gen­er­ally ac­tive life­style (5). I don’t do gym work or spe­cific ‘train­ing’ as such, or have any re­cov­ery shakes or sup­ple­ments. I just do what feels right and eat what feels right. If I’m out­side, I’m happy!”
