Winter, spring, summer or fall – Mt Buller has it all

Mt Buller News - - MT BULLER PROPERTY NEWS -

SPRING has sprung and there is never a better time on Mt Buller to look at purchasing real estate than now.

With the end of winter drawing near, spring is the perfect time to take a look at what the mountain has to offer - other than skiing or snowboarding or playing in the snow.

As another winter season is drawing near hearts and minds turn to what is next on the calendar and that doesn’t mean that Mt Buller and Mt Stirling shut down.

In fact spring and summer on Mt Buller - and across to Mt Stirling - is becoming increasingly popular with sporting enthusiasts and those wanting to beat the heat of the city.

As more and more visitors arrive on Buller over summer to ride the Epic and other mountain trails, Buller residents have found the need to open up more accommodation.

So now is the perfect time to look at investing in an apartment on Buller – and making it an all year round getaway for the family.

There is so much to do on Mt Buller in summer, mountain biking, hiking, relaxing, fun runs – a great time to explore the great outdoors and take in some awesome sunsets from the Summit.

The summer events kick off on November 5 to 8 with the major car event Targa High Country - the finishing line for the mountain climb is at the clock tower corner - great for spectators to line the sides of that last little pinch.

There are picnics in the park to be had and of course those little people - the gnomes get out and enjoy the summer sun and are always hiding, just waiting for children to go on a gnome roam and find them.

This summer it is expected that a building boom will take off on the mountain with new chalets being built, older ones being renovated and many just being spruced up.

Mark Adams has some wonderful apartments up for grabs, from the higher end of the price range to the very affordable budget priced family units, and while there is still snow on the ground during September why not experience the transition from one season to another and then cooling down over autumn and into the next winter.

Whether you are buying or selling Mark is able to assist you in all facets of your transaction.

Mark can be contacted on 0419 858 007.

RACE TO THE TOP: Welcoming in the summer events is the Targa High Country which has racing enthusiasts on their feet as high powered ‘ordinary’ cars race against the clock to reach the top of the mountain. A great spectator sport and perfect viewing from the clock tower corner.
