Chicks with Stix return
GIRLS are different to boys, but big mountains, mogul bumps, the half-pipe, aerial kickers and ski x burns and jumps don’t differentiate.
It’s ‘one-size fits all’ and it can be daunting, which is why Chicks with Stix will be back for another year on the Aussie slopes for the 2018 season.
It has been a cold snow season so far - so hopefully that means there will be lots of snow for each session, where Chicks with Stix get together to have some fun, make friends, learn some new skills and push each other to go bigger, higher and better in a supportive all-female environment.
Chicks with Stix is a grassroots organisation that was founded in 2010 in Australia by a bunch of like-minded, passionate snow loving chicks.
Chicks with Stix aim to ease the pain, and believe that in a friendly group scenario you can easily push yourself a little more with needed encouragement and opportunities.
If you are a female who is confident on blue runs (intermediate to advanced) and looking to progress your skills, then these Chicks with Stix sessions are for you, as you can learn to push yourself a little more.
Chicks with Stix offer females the chance to ski and board alongside some of Australia’s most experienced female freestyle and free ride athletes to help improve skills in the park and freeride, slopestyle and big mountain.
Join them on their ‘shred sessions’ for the chance to challenge yourself in a supportive and friendly environment and improve your onsnow skills.
