with driving with a suspended licence. About 1.05pm on Friday, the man was driving on Frank St when he was stopped for a random breath test. When unable to produce his driver’s licence, police conducted a number of checks which revealed the man’s licence was suspended due to fine default.
Druitt police are investigating after a car was broken into at Lethbridge Park on Friday. About 7.30pm, the owner parked his vehicle on Luxford Rd and when he returned he found it had been broken into and rummaged through.
Mt ST MARYS Two men will face court next month charged with aggravated break and enter after a home was broken into at Werrington. About 8.50pm last Wednesday, St Marys police responded to reports of people acting suspiciously near Rance Oval at Werrington. Police patrolled the area and searched two men. It is alleged property, believed to have been stolen, was found and seized by police. The men were released. Further inquiries revealed a nearby home in Werrington had allegedly been broken into with property taken – it is alleged this same property had been seized by police. The two men were arrested at Blaxland before they were returned to Penrith police station. A Werrington County man and Cambridge Garden man, both 18, were charged to face Penrith Court on July 31.
