I think it’s (Samoan el­ders pa­trol) an awe­some idea - they have the pas­sion to do it and it benefits their com­mu­nity. At least pitch in or of­fer so­lu­tions or al­ter­na­tives to help so th­ese kids will even­tu­ally be home where they’re sup­posed to be.
