After just four years and countless hours watching YouTube tutorials and studying magazine recipes, Mrs Tracey said she had mastered the art of cake-pop baking.

At first, Mrs Tracey said it took her an entire day to create one cake pop, but now she is pumping them out to fill orders of 200 a week. “My first job was actually in a bakery, but I was in an office job after having my four children,” she said. “Now I’ve created my fifth baby.” Mrs Tracey sold 20 copies of her new ebook Let

Them Eat Cake Pops just one week after it launched.

She has also started teaching cake pop classes in Arndell Park. To book a spot at the next class in September, visit The Cake Pop Queen Facebook page.
