A Mt Druitt man was given an in­fringe­ment no­tice and fined $550 for not leav­ing The Aus­tralian Ho­tel and Brew­ery in Rouse Hill on Satur­day, July 18. Ac­cord­ing to the po­lice re­port a Mt Druitt man, 22, was es­corted from the An­nan­grove Rd li­cenced premises at 11.55pm by se­cu­rity due to his in­tox­i­cated man­ner. A short while later the man re-en­tered the premises through the din­ing area. Po­lice is­sued the man with an in­fringe­ment no­tice for fail­ing to quit a li­cenced premises.

OX­LEY PARK A 24-yearold man was ar­rested af­ter a shot was al­legedly fired to­wards a ve­hi­cle in Ox­ley Park on Fri­day night. Just be­fore 9pm St Marys po­lice were called to Witcroft Place fol­low­ing re­ports of a shot al­legedly fired to­wards a ve­hi­cle trav­el­ling along the street. Po­lice dis­cov­ered a 69year-old man suf­fer­ing mi­nor in­juries. He was taken to Ne­pean Hos­pi­tal for treat­ment to a wound on his shoul­der. A 24-year-old man was ar­rested at the scene and taken to St Marys po­lice sta­tion and charged with nine of­fences in­clud­ing dis­charg­ing a firearm with in­tent to cause griev­ous bod­ily harm, pos­sess­ing an un­reg­is­tered firearm, a short­ened firearm (not a pis­tol) with­out au­thor­ity, an unau­tho­rised firearm and am­mu­ni­tion with­out hold­ing a per­mit, fir­ing a firearm in or near a public place, two counts of pos­sess­ing a pro­hib­ited drug
