A Mt Druitt man was given an infringement notice and fined $550 for not leaving The Australian Hotel and Brewery in Rouse Hill on Saturday, July 18. According to the police report a Mt Druitt man, 22, was escorted from the Annangrove Rd licenced premises at 11.55pm by security due to his intoxicated manner. A short while later the man re-entered the premises through the dining area. Police issued the man with an infringement notice for failing to quit a licenced premises.
OXLEY PARK A 24-yearold man was arrested after a shot was allegedly fired towards a vehicle in Oxley Park on Friday night. Just before 9pm St Marys police were called to Witcroft Place following reports of a shot allegedly fired towards a vehicle travelling along the street. Police discovered a 69year-old man suffering minor injuries. He was taken to Nepean Hospital for treatment to a wound on his shoulder. A 24-year-old man was arrested at the scene and taken to St Marys police station and charged with nine offences including discharging a firearm with intent to cause grievous bodily harm, possessing an unregistered firearm, a shortened firearm (not a pistol) without authority, an unauthorised firearm and ammunition without holding a permit, firing a firearm in or near a public place, two counts of possessing a prohibited drug
