on Wood­stock Ave. The oc­cu­pants of the Com­modore, two men aged 46 and 29, were taken to West­mead Hos­pi­tal with non life-threat­en­ing in­juries. Po­lice ex­pect to ar­rest and in­ter­view the driver once he is re­leased from hos­pi­tal, while his pas­sen­ger is not ex­pected to be charged. The driver of the other ve­hi­cle was also taken to hos­pi­tal with non lifethreat­en­ing in­juries.

A man, 44, will face court charged with high-range drink-driv­ing af­ter be­ing pulled over by St Marys po­lice on Eton Rd, at Cam­bridge Park, on Mon­day night. About 6.20pm, po­lice were pa­trolling the area when a white Ford util­ity was sig­nalled to stop by po­lice. The man was sub­jected to a road­side breath test, which al­legedly re­turned a pos­i­tive read­ing. He was taken to St Marys po­lice sta­tion, where he un­der­went a breath test that al­legedly re­turned a pos­i­tive read­ing of 0.195. The driver had his li­cence sus­pended. He is due to ap­pear in Pen­rith Court on Septem­ber 7.

ST MARYS St Marys po­lice were pa­trolling the Kingswood area about 11pm on Mon­day, when they stopped a woman, 24, who was al­legedly run­ning through the drive­way of a unit block. The woman was searched by po­lice and it is al­leged that items of mail, in­clud­ing bank cards and letters, were found.
