It is sad to hear that someone could be so reckless with their driving.
The guilt has been placed upon the person who committed the hit and run because they know that the law will be chasing them.
Except they don’t realise that driving off is a much worse then actually stopping and taking the punishment straight away. NERISSA BABEEY,
