“I remember seeing the displays at the Sydney Royal Easter Show where people could vote for which school would get the garden and could vote between two designs,” Mrs Douglas said.
“It is a great centre, very deserving.”
The Margaret Druitt Day Care Centre provides subsidised long-day care for families experiencing disadvantages and cares for children aged two to five from Mt Druitt, Emerton and surrounding areas.
