A. I am from Colom­bia and was in the field of mi­cro­bi­ol­ogy. I wanted to ex­tend my knowl­edge on leg­is­la­tion and stan­dards re­lated to food. I en­joy the prac­ti­cal na­ture of the course, the dif­fer­ent in­stru­ments and tech­niques for test­ing foods us­ing chem­i­cal, mi­cro­bi­o­log­i­cal and sen­sory. Q.

What are your plans for the fu­ture? A. I would like to con­tinue in my po­si­tion at work but grow in knowl­edge so I can con­trib­ute to a greater ex­tent. Q.

What ad­vice do you have for oth­ers? A. Be pre­pared and or­gan­ised for your prac­ti­cal classes. Have a good rap­port with your teacher.
