Parents too lazy
RE: “School out for youths”, (Mt Druitt-St Marys Standard, October 7).
Get the NSW Education Department inspectors out into the shopping centres to catch the ones not at school.
Every day there are plenty of them in Westfield, a lot with parents and a lot more without them.
The inspectors should have the authority to stop them and question why they are not at school.
A lot of times it’s because the parents are too damn lazy to either take them (to school) or get them ready to go. MARION BROWN,
