Police are hunting a man who robbed a service station at knifepoint on Saturday. About 5am, a 23-year-old man was working at a service station on Forrester Rd when a man armed with a knife entered the station. The armed man threatened the employee, demanding money. He then left the store, taking cash, and was last seen running towards Christie St. No one was injured during the incident. As they continue their inquiries, police would like to speak to a man who may be able to assist. He has been described as being of caucasian appearance, aged 30 to 40, and about 175cm tall. He was seen wearing a black beanie, a dark grey Wallabies jacket, black woollen pants with white Everlast wording written on the left thigh area, and white sneakers.
PLUMPTON Two men have been charged following an armed robbery in Plumpton over the weekend. About 10.40am on Sunday, two men entered the Alroy Tavern on Rooty Hill Rd, Plumpton — one allegedly armed with a pistol, and the other allegedly had a knife. Police will allege the pair threatened staff before leaving in a blue-coloured Subaru station wagon. Police then attended a unit block on Artillery Crescent, Seven Hills, where they seized a Subaru for forensic examination. Two 26-year-old men were later arrested and charged with armed robbery and refused bail on Tuesday. Inquiries are continuing.
OAKHURST Investigations continue into a robbery at Oakhurst on Sunday, October 25. About 2.20am that morning, an 18-year-old Plumpton man was walking along Jersey Rd and Amsterdam St when he was approached by three men, who demanded the man hand over his wallet and phone. The alleged victim refused and was punched and kicked to the ground. The men took his phone and wallet before running away. The man received bruising to his face.
HEBERSHAM Police have issued a court attendance notice to a 32year-old Hebersham woman who is allegedly disqualified from driving until 2021. About midnight on October 26, police stopped the vehicle allegedly being driven by the woman on Radburn Rd in relation to the way she was driving. Police spoke to the woman at the scene which revealed the
