Po­lice are hunt­ing a man who robbed a ser­vice sta­tion at knife­point on Satur­day. About 5am, a 23-year-old man was work­ing at a ser­vice sta­tion on For­rester Rd when a man armed with a knife en­tered the sta­tion. The armed man threat­ened the em­ployee, de­mand­ing money. He then left the store, tak­ing cash, and was last seen run­ning to­wards Christie St. No one was in­jured dur­ing the in­ci­dent. As they con­tinue their in­quiries, po­lice would like to speak to a man who may be able to as­sist. He has been de­scribed as be­ing of cau­casian ap­pear­ance, aged 30 to 40, and about 175cm tall. He was seen wear­ing a black beanie, a dark grey Wal­la­bies jacket, black woollen pants with white Ever­last word­ing writ­ten on the left thigh area, and white sneak­ers.


PLUMP­TON Two men have been charged fol­low­ing an armed rob­bery in Plump­ton over the week­end. About 10.40am on Sun­day, two men en­tered the Al­roy Tav­ern on Rooty Hill Rd, Plump­ton — one al­legedly armed with a pis­tol, and the other al­legedly had a knife. Po­lice will al­lege the pair threat­ened staff be­fore leav­ing in a blue-coloured Subaru sta­tion wagon. Po­lice then at­tended a unit block on Ar­tillery Cres­cent, Seven Hills, where they seized a Subaru for foren­sic ex­am­i­na­tion. Two 26-year-old men were later ar­rested and charged with armed rob­bery and re­fused bail on Tues­day. In­quiries are con­tin­u­ing.


OAKHURST In­ves­ti­ga­tions con­tinue into a rob­bery at Oakhurst on Sun­day, Oc­to­ber 25. About 2.20am that morn­ing, an 18-year-old Plump­ton man was walk­ing along Jer­sey Rd and Am­s­ter­dam St when he was ap­proached by three men, who de­manded the man hand over his wal­let and phone. The al­leged vic­tim re­fused and was punched and kicked to the ground. The men took his phone and wal­let be­fore run­ning away. The man re­ceived bruis­ing to his face.


HEBERSHAM Po­lice have is­sued a court at­ten­dance no­tice to a 32year-old Hebersham woman who is al­legedly dis­qual­i­fied from driv­ing un­til 2021. About mid­night on Oc­to­ber 26, po­lice stopped the ve­hi­cle al­legedly be­ing driven by the woman on Rad­burn Rd in re­la­tion to the way she was driv­ing.
