ASPIRING chefs are enjoying the chance of a lifetime working with one of Australia’s leading creative masters Neil Perry.

Hundreds of Western Sydney job seekers are enrolled with Max Employment’s national jobs drive leading up to Christmas.

Eleven Mt Druitt TAFE students are among those working in the celebrity chef’s new restaurant venture, The Burger Project.

Owned by the Rockpool Group, The Burger Project opened in Sydney last year and aims to give young Australians a chance to develop their careers.

MAX Employment deputy state manager Amanda Hreszczuk said the opportunities were endless.

“They’ve (Rockpool Group) had employees start out the back, move through to the front of house and up into management,” she said.
