Maybe Black­town Coun­cil could or­gan­ise a free course or some­thing along those lines for the kids in the area to learn how to do it (graf­fiti) pro­fes­sion­ally? (Then) we could have lovely art in the streets like Mel­bourne?

Don’t Tregear shops have a manned se­cu­rity guard at night? Can Emer­ton shops adopt the same mea­sures?
