“Parents often double park and park across my driveway, and on more than one occasion I have had people park in my driveway under my carport,” Mr Bish- op said. “I don’t care so much about being parked in but I care about the safety of my kids.”

He said he had been in contact with the school about the issue. The council has also been cracking down on the mayhem outside the school recently and is fining parents for a number of parking infringements. A Department of Education spokesman said: “Colyton Public School regularly reminds parents about traffic management around the school.”
