St Marys po­lice are in­ves­ti­gat­ing a home in­va­sion at Clare­mont Mead­ows on Novem­ber 23. About 5am, a man, 35, ar­rived home and was al­legedly con­fronted by a Muswell­brook man, 22, and a Glos­so­dia woman, 24. It is fur­ther al­leged the man was told to be quiet be­fore be­ing hit on the head with a weapon, de­scribed as be­ing sim­i­lar to a ma­chete. Po­lice were told the man al­legedly swung the weapon to­wards the 35-year-old and al­most sev­ered his fin­ger. The 35-yearold fell to the ground and was al­legedly re­peat­edly hit by both the man and woman be­fore they left. Po­lice ar­rived and the man was taken to Ne­pean Hos­pi­tal. The man and woman were soon ar­rested and charged. The man re­mains in cus­tody and the woman was granted bail. Both will face Pen­rith Court in Jan­uary.


MARYS A man al­legedly seen uri­nat­ing on a wall at St Marys train sta­tion has been spo­ken to and fined for of­fen­sive be­hav­iour. St Marys po­lice were pa­trolling the sta­tion about 12.20am on Novem­ber 28, when they no­ticed the Black­town man, 25, al­legedly uri­nat­ing in full view of ev­ery­one ac­cess­ing the sta­tion.


A 25-yearold He­ber­sham man was al­legedly caught driv­ing while dis­qual­i­fied. About 3.55pm on Novem­ber 30, po­lice al­lege they saw the man driv­ing a black Ford Fal­con along an exit ramp from an un­der­ground carpark on to Al­bert St, at Werrington. Po­lice said as they ap­proached, the driver al­legedly at­tempted to re­verse back down the ramp. Checks
