STYLIST HELPS SALVOS STORE
THE Salvation Army is bringing affordable fashion to Minchinbury just in time for Christmas with its new Street Boutique to open this Friday.
The store will be one of the first in the state to open its Street Boutique section, offering a wide variety of fashionable pieces.
The Salvation Army has enlisted TV fashion commentator Faye De Lanty to help with the venture. Mrs De Lanty said the new store would combine popular vintage styles with on-trend items.
“Salvos Street Boutiques have been very successful in other Salvos Stores throughout the state and Minchinbury will be no different,” Mrs De Lanty said.
“By shopping at the boutique the consumer saves money and at the same time achieves a one-ofa kind look.”
In the lead up to Christmas, Western Sydney area manager for Salvos Stores, Steve Gillespie, reminded residents about the importance of giving.
“We remind the community that Salvos Stores provides a vital service to the local area,” Mr Gillespie said.
“All profits from Salvos Stores go towards running vital Salvation Army programs, which assist the less fortunate.”
The Street Boutique will open on Archbold Rd, Minchinbury this Friday.
