Mt Druitt - St Mary's Standard (East) - - FEEDBACK -

RE: “Hospital figures concern,” ( Mt Druitt-St Marys Standard, November 9).

Three weeks ago, I took my son in at 11pm to Mt Druitt Hospital’s emergency department with a possible fractured hand. (We) left hospital at 5.15am the next morning after X-rays and a plaster cast.

It was a very long wait but a lot of sick children were brought in that night and needed to be seen too (as) all beds were full in the children’s ward and emergency – so a lot were in the waiting room.
