A CERTIFICATE III and Certificate IV in Fitness from the Northern Sydney Institute could be the gateway to working in a gym or even setting up your own health and fitness business.

Both courses offer nationally recognised qualification and combine online learning with practical skills gained through work placement.

Teacher Robert Bikesic said the Certificate III was a good foundation for working in the fitness industry and gave students the knowledge and skills to work in a fitness facility and provide people with individual programs and dietary advice.

The Certificate IV equipped students with the skills to make personal training a career.

Give your career prospects more weight by studying fitness.
