Circus will amaze
LEAVING a trail of awe-inspired crowds across the world, the Cirque du Soleil troupe has mastered the art of acrobatics and clowning.
KOOZA, the troupe’s latest show to come to Australia focuses, on traditional human elements of circus.
The show features fearless tightrope walkers, hoop manipulation and the spinning wheel of death.
One gravity defying act features two highwires crisscrossed 5m above the stage.
The international cast of 50 acrobats, musicians, singers and actors will present a dazzling array of heart-stopping feats to a live soundtrack that fuses jazz, funk and Bollywood sounds.
KOOZA is the company’s eighth big top tour of Australia.
The show will open on Thursday, August 25, for a limited time under the blue and yellow big top at The Showring at the Entertainment Quarter in Sydney.
