Concern only for profit, not us
TO MAKE the government take notice we have to stand up and make a noise (“Council petition calls for curfew”, The Standard, July 13).
We have the same rights as those who live in eastern Sydney but we don’t have the ocean breeze to blow the pollution away.
Putting a curfew on the Western Sydney airport will make it economically enviable because it is mostly for freight to fly in at night.
Make no mistake, this is a proposal by the big business corporations and alliances ances that run our current government.
Their only concern is profit. There is no concern at all for the welfare of the residents.
