CHARITY Bounce, promoting a healthy lifestyle in young people, slam-dunked Emerton Leisure Centre recently.

More than 100 young people enjoyed a night of basketball with NBL great Cal Bruton and hands-on cooking demonstrations with chef Sean Connolly.

The Charity Bounce program encourages young people to cultivate a healthy lifestyle, including proper diet, exercise, education and employment.

“We had a lot of fun and it was great to see them so engaged in learning about healthy food and interacting with the players from the Sydney Kings,” Mr Connolly said.

NBL legend Cal Bruton works with young people at Mt Druitt through Charity Bounce program Eat Strong, Play Strong.
