GLEN­DEN­NING? What about Bid­will? They come, they say it’s fixed, you talk to tech sup­port and send a text that it’s fixed and it’s not.

They give you a new mo­dem which doesn’t do any­thing, they say they won’t charge for a tech, then do, then it takes months to get the credit.

I had a tech here on Mon­day who sup­pos­edly fixed things.

Things were berserk again 10 min­utes af­ter he left. I called him on his mo­bile and he said he would be back Tues­day. Did he show up? NO HE DIDN’T. Tr­isha Carr, via Face­book
