Tired of awful tech support
GLENDENNING? What about Bidwill? They come, they say it’s fixed, you talk to tech support and send a text that it’s fixed and it’s not.
They give you a new modem which doesn’t do anything, they say they won’t charge for a tech, then do, then it takes months to get the credit.
I had a tech here on Monday who supposedly fixed things.
Things were berserk again 10 minutes after he left. I called him on his mobile and he said he would be back Tuesday. Did he show up? NO HE DIDN’T. Trisha Carr, via Facebook
