Fam­ily vi­o­lence in­for­ma­tion

NESAY (North East Sup­port and Ac­tion for Youth) will be pre­sent­ing a free com­mu­nity in­for­ma­tion ses­sion about fam­ily vi­o­lence and young peo­ple in the Ovens Mur­ray re­gion at 8am on Wed­nes­day, Oc­to­ber 25 at Gate­way Health Wan­garatta,

NESAY’s pro­grams work within lo­cal com­mu­ni­ties, schools, fam­i­lies and in­di­vid­ual young peo­ple, who may be at risk of school dis­en­gage­ment, fam­ily break­down, at risk of en­ter­ing child pro­tec­tion sys­tem, fam­ily vi­o­lence and be home­less or at risk of home­less­ness.

This ses­sion is suit­able for com­mu­nity mem­bers who wish to learn more about the ser­vices avail­able in Ovens Mur­ray for those ex­pe­ri­enc­ing or at risk of ex­pe­ri­enc­ing fam­ily vi­o­lence. The ses­sion is free to at­tend.
