Teams gear up for finals

Narrogin Observer - - Observer Sport - Rodney Johnson

It’s nearly finals time in the Upper Great Southern Hockey Association with the Edwards Holden B-grade competition finishing this weekend.

The final four can still be changed around after last weekend’s results, when Warriors defeated Dumbleyung in the men and Wickepin defeated Robins White.

In the Sportspower A-grade competition there are still three games to go and this allows for changes to the final three teams who will play finals.

The men saw good wins to Warriors and Riffs, while the two games for the women both ended in draws.

The lower school competition will come to an exciting conclusion on Saturday morning with games deciding final position on the ladder.

After the last game there will be the Lower School Association presentation at noon and everyone is welcome to come down to the Narrogin hockey turf to help congratulate all the winners.
