School show­cased to prospec­tive stu­dents with fun day

Nar­ro­gin Senior High School hosted its P&C Open Day and Mar­ket Fair last Satur­day.

At­ten­dees were in­vited to look at pro­grams and learn­ing op­por­tu­ni­ties at the school.

The arts and sports were on dis­play, show­ing off the stu­dents’ achieve­ments this year.

The event in­cluded demon­stra­tions from STEM (sci­ence, tech­nol­ogy, en­gi­neer­ing and math­e­mat­ics) classes, in­clud­ing the launch­ing of rock­ets and the dis­sec­tion of rats.

Lo­cal busi­ness own­ers also had the chance to show off their prod­ucts in stalls.
