Speak­ing to Seven News on the same day po­lice of­fered a $6 mil­lion re­ward, prime sus­pect Harold, now 85, broke his si­lence to say he was not the se­rial killer who took the lives of six women.

‘I never ever didn’t, I didn’t know those peo­ple. I never saw those peo­ple and I never thought of mur­der­ing,’ Jan­man said. ‘I was too busy work­ing long hours.’

He is one of al­most 2000 peo­ple who have been in­ter­viewed in re­la­tion to the mur­ders.
