SKI CRASH
GWYNETH’S HIT-AND-RUN
Gwyneth Paltrow is facing a $4.3 million lawsuit after she allegedly crashed into a man while skiing, leaving him with brain injuries and broken ribs.
Utah optometrist Terry Sanderson has claimed that the actress, 46, lost control while skiing at Deer Valley Resort in Utah.
“I heard this hysterical scream and instantaneous I got hit in the back,” he said at a press conference.
The actress then proceeded to flee the scene without checking on Terry or offering him assistance. Terry claims that he suffered serious injuries including traumatic brain injury and four broken ribs.
However, a representative for Gwyneth told People: “This lawsuit is completely without merit. Anyone who reads the facts will realise that.”
