The team at Classic and American Restoration Services (C. A.R.S.) in Pukekohe is currently working on this 1974 Rambler Matador, which is in the final stages of restoration.

The Rambler suffered from extreme rust issues and required the fabrication of many new panels such as rear quarter panels, door skins, and front guards.

The engine and drivetrain have been completely rebuilt, while the interior has received a new set of carpets and hood lining.

In addition to the 1974 Rambler, Steve Sankey and his team have also been working on a 1972 Rambler Matador, which belongs to the same family, and has also undergone of full rotisserie restoration.
