AFTER operating for 11 years from a base in Childers, there is not a lot Tim Kay doesn’t know about tanks.

Through his family owned business Childers Tanks, Tim is set to showcase this at the True Blue Droughtmasters and B.R.C. Beef Fest and Field Day, educating visitors on the growing benefits of tank water for those on properties and also in more populated areas.

Tim said tanks were definitely a valuable addition to new homes and properties providing cleaner, chemical-free water.

“I was once told by a client that you feel rich by having plenty of water storage; because without water you have no life,” he said.

Childers Tanks use the latest rotational moulding technology to build their tanks to Australian Government Standard AS NZS 4766-2006 and because of their technology and low overheads they can offer exceptional value for money.

“We use only high-grade UV-stabilised polyethylene powder and offer a 20-year warranty on all products,” Tim said. “We continue to value each of our customers and showcase this through prompt and reliable service. If you are building a new home ask your builder to use a Childers Tank.
