CHUCK on your bathers and head to Anzac Pool to take part in the Bundaberg Regional Council’s free aqua activities.
Today the H20 activity runs from 7–8am.
The program is now in its seventh year.
All of the community is welcome.
THIS is an exhibition at the Bundaberg Regional Art Gallery that lets young artists from our region’s high schools show off their skills.
The gallery is full of artwork and pop-up acts by Emerge musicians and performers that are guaranteed to excite you.
The exhibition runs until Sunday December 9 at 1pm.
Admission is free.
Giggle and wiggle
THE Bundaberg Library is hosting a baby giggle and wiggle session from 10–10.30am.
The class is free to attend and no bookings are required, just turn up and join in the fun.
Bring along a baby blanket for your little one.
THIS event is a fun session for parents and carers to interact with their children in a relaxed environment.
Join in today from 9.30– 11am at the Church Auditorium at 76 Twyford Street, Avoca.
Cost is $5 per family or $10 for childhood educators and day care mums that have from two to four children in their care.
RECHARGE 30 is a half-hour mindfulness session where participants practice awareness of the present moment.
This enables people to disassociate with notions of past and future that trigger rumination and stress.
Head down to Love Life, Live Yoga at 161 Bourbong St at Bundaberg Central for the 12.30pm to 1pm session today.
