SOF­I­TEL Noosa Pa­cific Re­sort’s sig­na­ture cock­tail is the Riviera Sun­set. Next time you have friends around for a din­ner party, this will cer­tainly set the stan­dard as a pre-din­ner drink.

IN­GRE­DI­ENTS

■ 45ml Artemis gin

■ 15ml Coin­treau

■ 10ml lemon and rose­mary-in­fused syrup

■ 20ml grape­fruit juice

■ 30ml Prosecco

METHOD

■ Pour gin, Coin­treau, lemon and rose­mary syrup and grape­fruit juice into your Bos­ton shaker.

Add ice and shake.

Dou­ble strain into chilled coupe glass.

Top with 30ml Prosecco.

Gar­nish with lemon twist and rose­mary sprig.
