Man on drugs charges

PO­LICE have charged a Clark­son man with pos­sess­ing heroin and LSD as well as al­legedly stolen doc­tors’ pre­scrip­tion pads. Of­fi­cers also ac­cuse the 36-year-old man of hoard­ing about $1600 in stolen books in an Ocean Keys Boule­vard stor­age unit, which they searched on Au­gust 24. They raided the ac­cused’s prop­erty af­ter search­ing the stor­age unit. In­ves­ti­ga­tors al­lege the man was in pos­ses­sion of LSD tablets, MDMA and 4g of heroin. They ac­cused of him pos­sess­ing three stolen pre­scrip­tion pads each from dif­fer­ent doc­tors. He was charged with 12 of­fences in­clud­ing bur­glary, steal­ing, five counts of pos­sess­ing stolen prop­erty and three counts of drug pos­ses­sion. He is due to face Joon­dalup Mag­is­trates Court on Oc­to­ber 10.
