Carnival fun also a great fundraiser
A SPRING-summer carnival at Clarkson’s main shopping centre helped raise $675 for Soroptimists International (SI) Joondalup.
About 135 people attended spontaneous styling workshops at Ocean Keys Shopping Centre on September 24, where bloggers Mary-Ann Smilovitis, Raquel Taylor and Sabrina Yates styled outfits on stage.
SI Joondalup plans to direct the funds raised to fabric, washcloths and other items required for sanitary kits for the Days for Girls project.

There were also circus stage shows, a circus-themed craft station, pop-up games zone, bouncy castle, stilt-walkers, facepainters and balloontwisters.
