Seniors celebrate exercise shift
MORE than 50 seniors attended the launch of Seaside Exercise Physiology in Merriwa recently.
The afternoon tea event was to celebrate Yvonne Ritchie’s relocation of the Living Longer Living Stronger program from her Butler home to the new facility in a bid to meet the exercise needs of more locals in the northern suburbs.
Wanneroo Mayor Tracey Roberts applauded the success of the program for keeping locals fit
and happy in their later years.
Council on the Ageing WA active ageing manager Phil Airey noted the huge improvements reported by Seaside clients.
