Se­niors cel­e­brate ex­er­cise shift

MORE than 50 se­niors at­tended the launch of Sea­side Ex­er­cise Phys­i­ol­ogy in Mer­riwa re­cently.

The af­ter­noon tea event was to cel­e­brate Yvonne Ritchie’s re­lo­ca­tion of the Liv­ing Longer Liv­ing Stronger pro­gram from her But­ler home to the new fa­cil­ity in a bid to meet the ex­er­cise needs of more lo­cals in the north­ern sub­urbs.

and happy in their later years.

Coun­cil on the Age­ing WA ac­tive age­ing man­ager Phil Airey noted the huge im­prove­ments re­ported by Sea­side clients.
