Training for transition
A JOONDALUP training provider is seeking young people and employees to take part in its ‘transition to work’ service as part of a national strategy.
Stirling Skills Training is a not-for-profit service provider that helps people aged 15-21 meet the needs of the employer and are supported to settle into employment, including through apprenticeships, traineeships and internships.
The transition-to-work service is part of the Federal Government’s Youth Employment Strategy and at the core of the strategy is the Youth Jobs PaTH initiative (Prepare, Trial, Hire).
Stirling Skills Training will hold an event called ‘Supporting youth through collaboration’ for employers at the Growth Box in Malaga on November 22, 11.30am-1.30pm.
