Breaching conditions costly
MAN could go to jail for breaching a suspended prison term after he threatened his partner with a baseball bat while drunk and on drugs in the familyfriendly surrounds of Guilderton Caravan Park.
Daniel Taylor faced Joondalup Magistrates Court on Friday and was fined $1000.
He admitted to going to his car and retrieving a baseball bat in a fit of rage.
“I was under the influence of drugs and alcohol; since then I’ve grown up and trying to get straightened out,” he told Magistrate Deen Potter.
His actions were considered a breach of a conditional suspended jail term.
He is due to face the District Court in relation to the breach on August 31.
