PRO­DUC­ERS can now ac­cess all the lat­est news and farm­ing in­for­ma­tion after North East Me­dia’s farm­ing news­pa­per, North East and Goul­burn Mur­ray Farmer, be­came avail­able on­line.

The dig­i­tal edi­tions pro­vide a read­ing ex­pe­ri­ence sim­i­lar to a hard copy news­pa­per, but with added ben­e­fits such as be­ing able to quickly and eas­ily share con­tent via so­cial me­dia, or lis­ten to ar­ti­cles be­ing read aloud.

North East Me­dia chief ex­ec­u­tive of­fi­cer Ed­ward Hig­gins said the com­pany felt it was im­por­tant to pro­vide read­ers with a choice of how they con­sumed their news­pa­per.

“Some peo­ple pre­fer print while oth­ers look for a dig­i­tal read­ing ex­pe­ri­ence, or maybe they can’t al­ways get a phys­i­cal copy of the news­pa­per,” he said.

“By im­prov­ing our dig­i­tal of­fer­ing we are able to make North East and Goul­burn Mur­ray Farmer more ac­ces­si­ble to a wider au­di­ence.”
