Up to date entertainment complex
WANGARATTA Cinema and Wangaratta Supa Bowl welcome people of all ages and abilities to their centre.
The Wangaratta Cinema Centre was opened in November 1995 in response to the desire of the public of Wangaratta to have an up-to-date entertainment complex.
Initially comprising three screens, the tremendous support of the customers convinced them to add an extra screen to the complex in 1999 thus enabling a greater variety of product to be offered.
The facilities provided by the cinema are second to none in country Australia.
Wall-to-wall screens in all four cinemas, “Dolby” surround sound, digital projection equipment with 3D capability all combine to give patrons a cinema experience only normally available in the larger city-based “multiplexes”.
Boasting a large range of drinks, snacks and combos for everyone, the candy bar is the place to purchase those all important mouth watering “movie snacks” to enjoy while watching the action unfold on the big screen.
The Wangaratta Supa Bowl opened its doors to the public in February 2012.
After a long planning and building process the completed centre is second to none.
Being the first centre in the Southern Hemisphere to install the latest and fastest pin resetting machines means that no one misses out on the action.
Catering for all ages and abilities the Supa Bowl comprises of 12 lanes all with wheelchair access, automatic bumper bowling (for the kids), and access to ramps so that everyone can have a go.
To quench that thirst or to stop that little tummy rumble the cafe in the Supa Bowl offers up delicious milkshakes, coffees, scoop ice cream, cold drinks and snacks that can be enjoyed while you are having a great time with your family, friends or work colleagues.
