Prepa­ra­tion 10 min­utes + 30 min­utes mar­i­nat­ing Serves 4 In­gre­di­ents

1 pun­net straw­ber­ries, washed and hulled 2 WA or­anges, or 3 WA man­darins, peeled and seg­mented

cup fresh or­ange juice 2 tbsp sul­tanas

tsp crushed ginger

3 tbsp sun­flower seeds Method

Com­bine or­ange juice, sul­tanas and ginger in a serv­ing bowl. Fold through chopped or­ange or man­darin seg­ments. Cover and re­frig­er­ate un­til 30 min­utes be­fore serv­ing. Be­fore serv­ing, gen­tly fold in straw­ber­ries. Sprin­kle with sun­flower seeds. Serve with yo­ghurt or ri­cotta blended with or­ange juice and honey.
