Tal­ented Ex­pe­ri­ence line-up

An in­cred­i­ble ar­ray of tal­ented mu­si­cians will take cen­tre-stage at the 2018 Kar­i­jini Ex­pe­ri­ence this week.

The Kar­i­jini Ex­pe­ri­ence, which runs from April 17-22 , is an an­nual cel­e­bra­tion of Abo­rig­i­nal achieve­ment.

Tom Price Nin­tirri Cen­tre chief ex­ec­u­tive James Jarvis said the 2018 line-up had an em­pha­sis on show­cas­ing Abo­rig­i­nal tal­ent.

“But Abo­rig­i­nal or not, this is a group of per­form­ers you could suc­cess­fully put on any stage in Aus­tralia,” he said.

“From coun­try mu­sic to folk through to food, art and cul­ture, we have an amaz­ing line-up of per­form­ers.”

Wayne Stevens, Roe­bourne band Jokeira and the Bradley Hall Band will per­form at the Wel­come to Coun­try event at the Kar­i­jini Airstrip on Tues­day, April 17.

On Sun­day, April 22, Josie Alec, Gina Williams and Guy Ghouse, Mark Atkins, Archie Roach and the Mex­i­cans will per­form at the Yurlu Lounge.
